Here is my experience after using Mental Waves as a personal listening practice, during a quiet moment of use. I often connect these listening moments with calm, relaxation and a quieter inner state, as a clear listening reference point. During tense periods, the session gave me a calmer point of reference. I found the atmosphere beautiful, coherent and very easy to settle into, in the context of day-to-day listening. I am grateful for the quality and intention behind the session, and that care came through with a smooth transition into the session.
